MasterBitcoin provides quantitative market signals, strategy information, and API access for cryptocurrency perpetual futures markets. The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

3. API Terms of Use

Access to the MasterBitcoin API is granted subject to the following conditions:

  • You may use the API only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • API credentials (bearer tokens) are personal and non-transferable. You must not share, sell, or sub-license your API access.
  • Automated scraping, mirroring, or redistribution of signal data is prohibited without explicit written permission.
  • Rate limits are enforced per plan tier. Circumventing rate limits by any means will result in immediate suspension.
  • We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for any account that places unusual load on our infrastructure.

4. No Financial Advice

All signals, scores, and strategy content published by the Service are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should seek independent financial advice before making any trading decision.

5. No Guarantee of Returns

Past performance of any signal, strategy, or model is not indicative of future results. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable. You may lose all capital deployed. We make no warranty, express or implied, that use of our signals will result in profitable trading.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all eligibility requirements. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.

7. Account Registration

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

All content on the Service, including signal algorithms, scoring methodologies, documentation, and branding, is the exclusive property of MasterBitcoin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
